On Suffering
When a deep sigh is not enough.
When attachments won’t release easily.
When realizations slow down.
When confusion escalates.
When conflict intensifies.
When suffering gets louder and more visible.
When air becomes heavy and cloudy.
When smoke burns the eyes.
When rot enters the nostrils.
When sun burns the skin.
When thirst is unquenchable.
When fear clouds judgement.
When thinking becomes overthinking.
When worry outpaces resolution.
This is when to sit.
This is when to breathe.
This is when to notice.
This is when to accept.
This is when to focus on release.
This is when to detatch.
This is when to practice.
This is when to engage silence.
It is the root of transmutation.
It is the seed of transformation.
Poison becoming medicine.
